Delete your Polylex account

This page explains how to delete your Polylex account and what happens to your data. It applies to the website and to the Polylex Android app.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in at polylex.app or open the Android app.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
3. Type your current password and press Delete my account.

If you pay for Pro by subscription, cancel it first, or the deletion is refused so you are not charged for an account that no longer exists.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted at once: your email address and password, study progress and review history, card notes, feedback, usage events, and your TikTok connection (we also ask TikTok to revoke our access).
• Kept: records of payments and gift codes, unlinked from your account, as tax law requires; error reports expire at our error tracker (Sentry) within 90 days.
