Etymology
مُمْتَلِئ is the active participle of اِمْتَلَأَ, a Form VIII verb built on the triliteral Semitic root م-ل-أ (m-l-ʾ), meaning 'to fill'. Form VIII adds a reflexive sense, so the verb means 'to become full' and the participle means 'having become full', hence 'full'. The root is common across Semitic languages, not Indo-European, so it has no PIE ancestor.
