Deranjez comes from the verb a deranja, a 19th-century borrowing from French déranger, part of the wave of French vocabulary that reshaped modern Romanian. French déranger itself is built from the prefix dé- (undoing) and ranger (to put in order), which traces back through Old French rang to a Frankish word for a row or ring. So the Romanian sense of disturbing someone's order has a Germanic root sitting inside a French borrowing.
